(3) 何故其々の会社に勤めようと思ったのか? (4) 何故辞めたのか? (5) 好きな仕事とその理由? (6) 嫌いな仕事とその理由? (7) 得意な仕事とその理由? (8) 不得意な仕事とその理由? (3~8はその人の仕事に対する考え方を見る。) (9) キャリア方向転換をしていれば、その理由 (10) 履歴書に空白期間があれば、何をしていたのかの確認 |
